How to register with CHUFC in 2019

Returning player information

Registration is open now for returning 2018 players & their U6 siblings.

2018 players & their U6 siblings can register from 19 Jan to 31 Jan.

Players returning from season 2018 will be guaranteed a place at the club if they complete this process by 31 Jan 2019.  Registration after this date will not guarantee a place for the player – the player will join a wait list with new players for allocation to any available spots.

New player information

New player registration opens Monday 4 Feb 2019 dependent on available spaces.

New players - U6s

Field and resource availability will determine the number of U6 players who can be accommodated, and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

A preference for siblings of current players will operate for registrations received by 31 Jan 2018. Please note on your online club registration form if you have a sibling already playing at CHUFC (there is a question during the registration process for you to answer).

New players - All other age groups

New player registration requests will be placed on a wait list. Following the returning player cut-off, any available slots in existing teams will be allocated to players on the wait list.

Sheet signing and team organisation days

*** U12-U18 - Compulsory rego sheet signing day ***

Players in age groups U12-U18 are required to sign
a club registration sheet at the Club Registration sheet signing day on Sun 24 Feb 2019 3pm – 5pm at National Park.

*** U6–U11 - Team Organisation day ***

Age groups U6–U11 will be required to attend a Team Organisation Day on Sat 9 Mar 2019.

Please refer to club calendar for the time for your child’s age group.

Purchasing merchandise

Some Club merchandise (socks, shorts, Miniroos shirt) can be purchased as part of your registration process.

All other Club merchandise (jackets, training shirts etc) are available for purchase at the Club Registration Sheet Signing Day & Team Organisation Day.

Registration fees

U6-U7 Miniroos $220
U8-U11 Miniroos $240
12-18 years $295
3rd child (youngest) = 20% off*
U10 – U11 NET $315
U12 NET $365

*Please note –  3rd child discount will be rebated after full fees have been paid online.

Refund policy

If a player wishes to withdraw from the Club after being allocated to a team the following applies to refund of registration fees:

  • If the player has played in an official fixture match or made an insurance claim for the current season then no refund can be provided.
  • If the player withdraws before the third competition round without playing in an official fixture then the registration fee is refunded, less a $20 (+ GST) admin fee  (that is, a $22 admin fee).
  • Refund period is valid only for 3 rounds after lodgement of player’s registration with the association.

Please note – any refunds will be processed by the Club after 10 Mar 2019.
